  • What price to pay and rent ability of different units
  • Advice on presentation of property to achieve maximum yields

Further services include:

  • Viewing of properties on your behalf (£50 plus VAT, £60 including VAT)
  • Negotiating a sale on your behalf, and seeing the sale through to completion. (£500 plus VAT, £600 including VAT)
  • Overseeing a refurbish project from start to finish, resulting in a stylish property, which keeps within the current safety regulations (5% plus VAT of total costs)
  • Sourcing furniture packs tailored to your requirements (Price on Application)

Once registered and you have received your ‘buy-to-let advisory service’, you can choose additional services if required.

We keep a database of potential new investors and can refer you to any suitable properties that may become available on our ever growing list. We do not charge for registering on this service, but it is compulsory to have registered and received our ‘buy-to-let advisory service’ first.

We are currently looking to extend our extensive database of properties which are already tenanted, and available to buy. If you have a tenanted property you are looking to sell, whether it is a single property or a portfolio, we can add the details to our database of investors looking to buy, at no charge to you.
